Founding Partner - Event Engineering and Overlays
Marcela Caballero combines engineering expertise with extensive international experience delivering temporary infrastructure, overlay and event operations solutions for major events across Europe, Asia and Latin America. She has advised federations, governments, host cities and organising committees on sustainable, efficient and high-impact event delivery, earning a reputation for practical, cost-effective solutions in complex and fast-paced environments.
Over the course of her career, Marcela has contributed to some of the world's most prestigious sporting events, including the FIFA World Cups™ in South Africa, Brazil and Qatar, the Olympic and Paralympic Games Rio 2016 and Paris 2024, the Pan American Games Lima 2019, and numerous other international sporting and cultural events. Her expertise spans procurement, contract management, sustainability, logistics, stakeholder engagement, temporary infrastructure and overlay delivery, supporting successful operations across multiple venues and large-scale event programmes.
Luigi Paino
Founding Partner - Event Engineering and Overlays
Luigi Paino is a Peruvian-American entrepreneur and event industry executive with more than 18 years of experience leading events, logistics operations and brand activation projects across Latin America and the United States. Today, he oversees a diversified business group employing more than 500 people, delivering scalable solutions for international clients. He is recognised for combining operational excellence, commercial vision and execution capability across complex multinational projects and cross-border business development initiatives.
As founder of Omnitrack, a nationwide logistics and trade marketing company, and Fusión Producciones, one of Peru’s leading event production agencies, Luigi has delivered corporate events, conferences and experiential initiatives for regional brands and institutions. In recent years, he has expanded his focus toward international overlay and venue infrastructure operations, contributing to projects associated with the FIFA World Cup 2026 and large-scale sporting events across Mexico and the United States.
